How to Receive Spewpa
Starting Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 11:00 p.m. PDT, you can receive a Spewpa via Mystery Gift to celebrate the release of the Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition + Mega Dimension bundle. To claim this in-game gift, press the X Button to open the main menu, then select Link Play, Mystery Gift, and Get via Internet by Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 5:59 p.m. PST.
Take On the Vivillon Challenge!
Once you’ve raised your new Spewpa to Lv. 12, you’ll be able to evolve it into Vivillon. With 16 potential patterns, there’s no telling which form of Vivillon you’ll get.
As Trainers around the world evolve their Spewpa, they’ll earn Vivillon Points that will be added to a global tally. If players reach a collective total of 660,000 points, you’ll be able to celebrate by claiming a rare Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon.
Spewpa caught in wild zones or obtained through side missions will also count toward the goal when evolved.
Details on when the Poké Ball Pattern Vivillon gift might become available will be announced at a later date.

Notes
• The Spewpa featured in this distribution can evolve into a Vivillon with one of 16 patterns selected at random (excluding the Meadow Pattern, Marine Pattern, and Garden Pattern normally found in Lumiose City, as well as the special Poké Ball Pattern).
• The Mystery Gift function can be found within the Link Play menu option in the main menu after you unlock the Rewards feature in Mable’s Research in the Pokémon Legends: Z-A game. You will need to connect your Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch system to the internet to claim this bonus.
• The user profile on your system will need to be linked to a Nintendo Account in order to connect to the internet. It takes approximately one hour of play time before you can access the Link Play menu. Gift can only be redeemed once per save data file.
